Hi, I’m Pablo — and I created Bear Fruit from a deeply personal place.
A few years ago, I reached a point where I knew something had to shift. I was running on empty — disconnected from my health, my energy, and the version of myself I knew I could be. So I made a change. I lost 50 pounds, rebuilt my daily habits, reconnected with movement, began eating with intention, and started every day with stillness and clarity.
Those changes didn’t just transform my health — they gave me the focus to build something bigger.
Bear Fruit was born out of that clarity. It’s a reflection of everything I’ve learned about growth, sustainability, and showing up for what matters. Today, I help others create their own version of that transformation — not through pressure or perfection, but through structure, care, and real support.
